Return Policy

We are confident that our products will bring real benefits to you and make your everyday lives safer, easier and more convenient. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise (minus the original shipping charge) if you are not completely satisfied. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, original shipping charge and return shipping costs. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

You must contact customer service and initiate the return within 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep. The items must be returned with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of delivery. Simply Lefty is not responsible for any parcel lost or damaged if you choose to ship the return back uninsured or without tracking.
