Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

To purchase items from our site, you need to place them in your electronic shopping cart. Please follow the steps listed below.

Once you find an item that you would like to purchase, enter the quantity you want and click the “Add to Cart” button on the item’s product detail page.
To continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping” button located in your shopping cart.
You may view the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking Shopping Cart at the top right corner of our site.
When you are finished shopping, click the “Secure Checkout” button located in your shopping cart.

If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. For instructions on how to enable cookies in most browsers, please click here.

Modifying Items in Your Shopping Cart

Go to the Shopping Cart page by clicking Shopping Cart at the top right corner of our site.

Want to change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Cart?
In the “Qty.” box of the item, enter the correct quantity you would like to purchase and click “Update Shopping Cart”.

Want to remove an item from your Shopping Cart?
Select the "Remove" checkbox of the item you want to remove and click “Update Shopping Cart”.

How to Place an Order

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have followed these steps and still need assistance completing an order, please click here to contact customer service.

Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure that you have selected the correct item and quantity. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking Shopping Cart at the top right corner of our site. When you are ready to place your order, click the "Secure Checkout" button located in your shopping cart.

Account Login
Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password used when the account was created. For password assistance, you may click Forgot Password? on the page and we will email you a link to reset your password.
New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. For assistance setting up your account, please click here.

Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Enter your details as requested.

Enter a Billing Address
Enter your billing address details. If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, click the “Copy From Selected Shipping Address” button. Your billing address must match the address listed with your credit card company.

Payment Information
You will be redirected to PayPal site to complete the order and you can choose to pay by Credit Card or PayPal account. Transmission and processing are completed by PayPal and your credit card details are not seen or kept by Simply Lefty. Please note that your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is submitted.

Order Completion
Your order is now completed. An order number will appear on your screen and you can view your order details. We recommend printing out a copy of your order details for your records. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review an order that you've submitted, click the My Account link at the top right corner of our site.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Please make sure that all details are correct before submitting the order.
